Hi, we are a group of people working together to bring you a total solution to your web design and development needs. The company is headquartered in Ireland but we sometimes collaborate with individuals worldwide, mainly in US, UK and India. The reason for this is that the skills required to give you the most cost effective results are spread around the globe.

Our skills range from design, photo editing, copywriting, sales & marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, and technical development. All Project Management, Quality Control, and Design is based in Ireland.

• We start off getting some requirements from you, give you a quote, and then we work from there. Often, we will suggest a “menu” of options you can choose from and you can let us know which of them you want

• Our sites (both large and small) are completed to the best standards we can achieve

• Once we agree a quote we will not come back to you with “extras” or additional items that you need to pay for. If, during a project, we missed something that is essential to your site that we should have done at the beginning then we will provide that for free as part of our service.

• Our process is designed around your objectives and your customers

• Tell us your requirements within the context of your objectives for the website and for your business. Let us know as much about your customer as possible: who are they, where do they come from, what are the problems and issues that you are trying to solve for them. What are you doing today that works and what are you doing today that does not work

• Based on our understanding of what are your objectives and your customers, we will create a working design template for you to approve, together with suggested content and functionality

• On approval of the design and quote, we then start working on your website with regular progress reviews if time allows. Small sites many have one or two reviews while larger sites may require more frequency

• After the website is live and being used by your customers, we implement a monitoring process to analyse traffic trends, customer behaviour on your site, ranking of your site for selected search term, and minor adjustments/tweaking of your site

• All of this is aimed at ensuring that your site continues to meet your objectives and that it is responsive to your customers’ needs and requirements.

• Web design is all about making choices and managing competing needs. Our philosophy is first and foremost to create a website for you that will bring you more traffic, more conversions of visitors to customers, and a site tailored for the customer

• You can easily find a lot of sites that are “over designed” and have been created purely to get awards and accolades. At the end of the day, if you prioritise your web design before your customer then you may end up with the best looking site but with very few customers

• Look at it this way. In the advertising industry, the ads that get the awards for the most innovate and slick marketing are not always the ones that make the most money. There are no awards in the advertising industry for a piece of marketing that brought in the most business or made the most sales. The reason for this is that the most effective ads are generally down-to-earth  - they sell the product rather than sell the advertising agency
